Last July, New Era marked its fifth year in the Philippines. Since the opening of the very first retail store in SM Megamall in July 2015, the company rapidly grew and had expanded its international license and collaboration portfolio to over 500. New Era Philippines recently opened their biggest flagship store last November 2019 at Ayala Malls Manila Bay followed by its provincial store at SM Baguio. With a total of 16 retail stores and 18 authorized resellers – in over 70 stores, they made sure that Filipinos will get access to quality made products that will fit their lifestyle. In 2021, the company also hinted that they will be opening a retail store in one of the Philippines' premier beach destinations.
As the brand continues to strengthen their Filipino roots, they have collaborated with local brand and artists such as Secret Fresh, Skoop, Krispy Kreme, Whang-Od, Bencab, Gloc-9, and Kamikazee. There is also a sought after collaboration to release a Francis M. collection before the year ends. All these collaborations with the country's leading artists and brands goes to show that there is no stopping New Era to reach greater heights in the Philippine Market.
Celebrating its 100th year internationally, New Era continues to be the purveyor of impeccable street style all around the world. It still remains as the official headwear of the NBA, NFL and MLB and will be continuing their legacy throughout years to come.
