As a Customer Sales Associate at New Era Cap Philippines, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the achievement of our store's sales targets. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless sales transaction process while adhering to company policies and maintaining the store's operating standards in terms of housekeeping, inventory control, security, and merchandise safekeeping.
Qualifications for Customer Sales Associate:
- High-school, Senior High-school, or College Graduate
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Expected salary is within the range that we can offer
- Men should be at least 5'5" and women should be at least 5'1"

Store Manager Trainee
If you're looking to take your retail career to the next level, our Store Manager Trainee position is your opportunity to shine. As a Store Manager Trainee, you'll work closely with our managers, accepting delegated responsibilities and duties to prepare for a managerial role. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, monitoring inventory levels, developing strategies to enhance profitability, and addressing customer complaints and queries. You will also be involved in sourcing, hiring, training, and managing subordinates while preparing weekly and monthly reports to track your progress.
Qualifications for Store Manager Trainee:
- Both male and female candidates are welcome
- A Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- A minimum of 6 months of experience working in a retail apparel environment is an advantage
