In line with the collaboration of New Era Caps Philippines and PlayStation, a giveaway raffle promo is offered to all who will purchase a New Era x PlayStation cap. The raffle will be open to all customers (online and offline) in the Philippines from October 24, 2017 to November 19, 2017.
Prize: (2) Winners of PlayStation Pro
Terms & Conditions:
- Customer should receive (1) raffle ticket for every purchase of PS x NE cap.
- Qualifying customer must fill up the raffle coupon with his/her name, address, contact number, birthdate, and signature.
- Raffle promo will run from October 18, 2017 to November 19, 2017. Deadline of submission of all entries is on Sunday, November 19, 2017, store closing hours.
- Raffle Draw will be held on Friday, November 24, 2017 at 5pm in the presence of a Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Representative at 170 F. Blumentritt corner San Luis Streets, San Juan, Metro Manila (New Era Head Office).
- Winners will be announced on Friday, November 24, 2017 on neweracap.ph and social media accounts. An official SMS will be sent to winner.
- A person can only win one prize. If the name is drawn more than once, the representative shall pick another stub for the next qualifying winner.
- Employees and those related to any employee (up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity) and sister companies of (a) Authentic Caps Distribution Inc. are disqualified from joining the promo.
- Winners outside Metro Manila will receive their prizes within (2) weeks from announcement; shipping fee will be shouldered by Authentic Caps Distribution, Inc.
- All prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
- Claiming of the PlayStation Pro units should strictly be at the New Era Head office within (60) days of announcement. Winner must present (2) valid IDs with signature and the SMS sent from New Era upon claiming their prize at the head office.
- Unclaimed prizes after (60) days will be forfeited.
- The winners authorize New Era to use their names and likeness for publicity purposes without this conferring any remuneration, right or benefit of any kind other than the award of their prize.
