How to?
1. If you have placed an online order, and having a difficulty with your payment - send us an email at contactneweraph@gmail.com
2. Include the details of your concern

Chosen payment method (can choose 2 or more as options):
3. Once you have submitted the complete details, kindly expect an email for your Payment Invoice within the day.
4. Payment must be made real-time or on the same day that the Payment Invoice has been sent. If payment is not made within 24 hours, order will be canceled.
5. The New Era team will process the order after payment has been done.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Due to stock availability, we cannot guarantee that the item will be secured.
It is best to order online,then send us an email as soon as possible to request for a change of payment method.
2. Cashless payment must be made real-time or within 24 hours after receiving the payment
3. Limited edition collections are excluded from the E-Biller request, since payment should be settled in the actual site’s payment checkout.
4. Customers who ordered worth P5,000 and above will be required to pay in full or in half. Kindly expect a call, text or invoice to be sent via email. Payments that are not settled within 24 hours will lead to order cancellation.
