For G-Cash payments, please take note that there will be a 2% service fee:
The service fee applies in the following cash in outlets: TouchPay, Pay&Go/eTap, Shell Select, Puregold, SaveMore, SM Supermarket, SM Hypermarket, Robinsons, SM, Cebuana Lhuiller, Globe store, Bayad Center, ECPay, Western Union, Digipay, Pera Hub, True Money, Posible, GrowSari, 7-Eleven, LBC Express.
G-Cash payments made under 7-Eleven will have a charge of 1% convenience fee on all G-Cash Transactions, plus a 2% service fee.
In line with this, the customer will be the one to shoulder the 2% service fee & 1% convenience fee incurred.
For BPI Online: There will be atransfer fee of Php 10/transaction. However, you can still transfer money for free if you transfer via QR Code or to an enrolled account.
