TERMS & CONDITIONS:
I. How To Join
- The contest is open to all; 18 years old and above, residing in the Philippines.
- Like New Era Cap Philippines’ Facebook and follow Instagram account (@neweracapph).
- Post a photo or a 30-45s video highlighting your New Era collection. For the video, it should contain the following talk points:
- o Your collection
- o Collection highlights (favorite, limited, rare, etc.)
- o Short story on how you started collecting caps and why are you Fit For Glory
- o Closing spiel: “My name is _____, and I, am Fit For Glory.”
- Upload the photo or video on Facebook and Instagram with the following:
- o Hashtag #ShareYourGloryPH and #FitForGlory
- o Tag @NewEraCapPH and @NewEraCapPhilippines
- Photos or videos without the hashtags and tags will not be honored as a valid entry and will not be entertained

II. Submission
- Submission and posting period is from February 1, 2021 to March 15, 2021
- Each contestant can submit multiple entries
- The person who posted the video agrees to grant exclusive use of their video/s to Authentic Caps Distribution Inc./New Era Philippines from February 1, 2021 to February 28, 2022. In the duration of the exclusivity, these videos are not to be used for any other contest or commercial purposes other than commercial purposes by Authentic Caps Distribution Inc./New Era Philippines.
- By submitting an entry, the contestant agrees to the Terms and Conditions, governing rights and procedures.
- Entries must be posted on Facebook and Instagram with the hashtags and tags mentioned above in order for the New Era Philippines team to receive and view the video and to make it a valid video entry.
- Incomplete details shall be considered invalid.
III. Judging & Prize (Preliminary Round)
- A team from New Era Philippines will choose the ten (10) best videos
- Criteria will be based on details mentioned above plus social media engagement (likes and shares)
- The ten (10) finalists will be featured in a ten (10)-part series called “Share Your Allegiance PH” and each will win a brass logo plate display
- The ten (10) finalists will be visited by a photo and video team from New Era Philippines and will conduct a short interview with the collector
- Each finalist will have an exclusive 60-120s episode featuring their story as a cap collector
IV. Judging & Prize (Final Round)
- Out of the ten (10) finalists, one (1) will win a New Era lighted Cap Wall.
- Entries will be judged with the following criteria:
Authenticity 20%
Quantity of collection 20%
Rarity/Uniqueness 30%
Social Media Impact 30%
TOTAL: 100%
- The finalist with the highest score based on the criteria will win a New Era lighted cap wall.
- Social Media Impact - Each episode will have a 15-day voting duration upon posting to accumulate likes and shares.
- The Episode with the most number of impressions & shares across both platforms and high scores in other aspects of the criteria will win a New Era lighted cap wall.
- A team from New Era Philippines will visit the winner to install the New Era lighted cap wall and take photos and videos of the installment. The team from New Era will also conduct an interview of the winner.
- Announcement of winner will be on on December 20, 2021 through New Era Philippines’ Facebook Page and Instagram. Winners shall also be notified via electronic mail and SMS.
- New Era Philippines will shoulder all the expenses such as production & installment of the New Era lighted cap wall, Swab testing, travel expenses and such.
