Key fobs are available for purchase both in-store and online. When purchasing online, the initial load option is only P500 as of the moment. If you purchase more than 1 pc online, it would equal to more than 1, >1 Keyfob worth P500.
Yes, you can request a higher load or additional load amount in-store.
Yes, all key fobs are reusable. You can reload them at any New Era Cap Philippines physical retail store.
Key fobs can only be used in New Era Cap Philippines’ physical retail stores.
Yes, the value loaded to your key fob is as good as cash.
No. The stored or balance value on the keyfob has no expiration. Please refer to the next question when the keyfob remains unused.
Unused key fobs after 12 months will be deactivated. However, the remaining balance will not be affected. You can request reactivation at any New Era physical retail store.
Register your key fob to secure your account in case of loss, damage, or misplacement. For now, applicable to physical retail stores only.
Registering your key fob allows you to receive a Key Fob ID number, which can be used to transfer your remaining load in case of damage or loss.
You can easily register your key fob by visiting any of our physical stores. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you with the registration process.
If you lose your key fob, send an email to neweracapphstore@gmail.com with your complete name and Key Fob ID number using your registered email address to request a transfer of balance.
After sending an email, your case will be under review for 1-2 business days. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation and can use your key fob again.
The Cash on Delivery feature is not available for key fob online purchases. Customers must log in to their account to make a purchase.
Yes, you can gift a key fob to someone else. The receiver or the purchaser can activate the key fob in-store. When activating, make sure to provide the cashier with the name of the intended user of the key fob.
Effective October 4, 2024, we are offering FREE shipping (single location only) for purchases of P3,000 or above. For purchases below P3,000, shipping rates will apply, depending on the delivery location and package size.
1. Same Day Delivery (PAID orders, Metro Manila areas)
Our customer service team will contact eligible orders to confirm details before our operations team proceed to dispatch the orders via Lalamove.
2. Standard Delivery
You may also choose our Standard Delivery service, available Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays). We will process your order within 24 hours and book the pickup schedule starting 8 AM the following day. Daily cut-off for order processing is 5 PM. Estimated delivery time for Metro Manila is 1 to 4 business days, while provincial deliveries may take 7 to 12 business days.
3. Customer-Booked Courier
For pre-paid orders, you may book your own courier. Please inform our customer service team through our official email at contactus@neweracap.ph
or via call/text/Viber at +63 920 985 5950. Kindly allow us at least 1 hour to process your order and kindly wait for our confirmation before booking a courier. Cut-off for booking is 4:00 PM. Please send us a screenshot of the rider’s details for reference.
If your order does not reach P3,000, we will return the shipping fee you paid as non-expiry store credit to your website account.
If the order is already processed, with maximum 2-3 delivery attempts reached for the following reasons, and the customer is requesting for redelivery- we will charge a P200 redelivery fee.
Possible Case Scenarios:
- Customer is not responsive via text, call, and email
- Provided the incorrect cellphone number upon ordering
- Provided an incomplete or wrong delivery address upon ordering
- Payment is not ready upon the courier's delivery
- No recepient of the order
To prevent being charged with a redelivery fee, make sure to double check your shopping cart before ordering and upon checkout, check if you received an email confirmation. If there are changes in your cellphone number and shipping address, please send a call, text or email right away to customer service hotline then indicate your New Era order number.
Orders are processed every Mondays to Saturdays (8am-5pm). Orders placed on Sundays or during holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery will be coursed through our partner couriers: J&T, LBC, LWE and Lalamove.
If maximum delivery attempts have been reached but the customer would like her order to be redelivered, there will be a P200 delivery charge.
Once your order has been processed, you will be provided an order number via e-mail so you may check your order status. You may also find your transactions and order tracking information in your website account.
Once you have received a confirmation e-mail for your purchase, you may no longer cancel or modify the order. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact our customer service hotline. Once cancelled, feel free to take your time and shop with us again.
NewEraCap.ph operates only in the Philippines. Orders made outside of the country may be processed provided that the indicated delivery address is within the Philippines.
Yes. Upon check-out, customer may input a different shipping information. A Gift Receipt will be sent to the consignee, who receives the order. If he/she wants to return/exchange the item, he/she may use the Gift Receipt.
New Era stands behind the quality of everything we sell, we create products that help you play better, live better and feel better. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return. Return and Exchange Policies apply.
Returns are accepted within 7 days from receiving the item via pick-up or delivery from our Office in San Juan, and from the time it was ordered from the New Era physical store. The return and exchange can only be done ONCE.
If the item will be retrieved from the customer's address, there will be a P200 delivery charge, and customer has to pay the P200 to redeliver the item's replacement. But if customer would like to personally return the item, he/she can book a courier to ship back the item to New Era Cap Philippines' office in San Juan.
For returned items, it must be returned in their original packaging, including the box, tag and label, receipts, and items must be intact, unworn, unused, unaltered and unwashed.
If the merchandise does not fit, the customer will be the one to shoulder the shipping fee to return and ship the correct item from our office address in San Juan city, Metro Manila.
We do not allow the return of exchange for the 9TWENTY, 9FORTY & 9FIFTY since it is adjustable, along with the Bucket Hat. Kindly refer to our FIT GUIDE at all times to ensure the correct sizing.
Furthermore, we do not allow the change item from a totally different silhouette, but we can allow change item of the same silhouette to a different size. Except for limited and exclusive items.
Once approved and if the original item which you want to exchange it with is no longer available, the customer can choose a replacement of the same price or of a higher price - except for online exclusives and limited edition collection.
Item to return and exchanged must be of the same price or higher price - but the customer will pay for the excess amount.
For items eligible for return or refund, a Store Credit will be issued equivalent to the refund amount. Please note that cash refunds are not applicable. The Store Credit is valid for 30 days and can be used for online purchases at neweracap.ph.
If proven that the item is damaged, we will be the one to shoulder the booking fee from your address (within Metro Manila). For provincial areas - the customer will book the item under LBC and we will refund the shipping cost.
We only allow the Return and Exchange for the following:
- Proven that the wrong item is delivered
- Damaged from the time the item is shipped out and before customer receives/unboxes it
To return the item purchased via neweracap.ph, you must send an email contactus@neweracap.ph with a subject Return and Exchange (last 5 digits of your New Era order number) with the attachment containing the photo of the item in different angles in its original packaging and official receipt. Mention in the email the size which you want to exchange it with.
For store purchase, the customer must send a Facebook Message to the New Era store or visit the store for approval of the return:
- Click on the store locator. Select Follow on Facebook, send a Facebook message with the attachment containing the photo of the item in different angles in its original packaging and official receipt.
- If you are in the store already, make sure to bring the actual item in its original packaging, including the boxes, tag and label, official receipt, and items must be unworn, unused, unaltered and unwashed.
Furthermore, all returns and exchanges should follow the 7 day policy from the time it was ordered in-store, and will be under approval of New Era Cap Philippines' store manager. When requesting an exchange, we cannot guarantee that the exchange item you wish to receive will be available at the time your request is processed. We highly recommend you simply return the item you wish to exchange, and place a new order for the replacement item on our website.
NewEraCap.ph will process your request within 12 business days. Once your request is deemed valid, NewEraCap.ph will send a Return Confirmation e-mail. Securely pack your merchandise with its complete tags & receipt - packed in its brown box, then return to courier on scheduled date of pick-up/delivery.
