Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate at New Era Cap Philippines, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the achievement of our store's sales targets. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless sales transaction process while adhering to company policies and maintaining the store's operating standards in terms of housekeeping, inventory control, security, and merchandise safekeeping.

Store Manager Trainee

A Store Manager Trainee works closely with store managers, taking on delegated responsibilities and duties in preparation for a future managerial role. They assist in supervising daily store operations, including monitoring stock inventory levels to ensure efficiency and availability of items. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance profitability and maximize the potential of the store’s location and target market. They are also responsible for handling customer complaints and queries in a professional manner, while supporting the sourcing, hiring, training, and management of staff. Additionally, the trainee prepares detailed weekly and monthly reports to track performance and support decision-making.
