How To Order
1. Select a product, pick a size, quantity and then press add to cart. You can add more to your cart by selecting other items and repeat previous step. You don’t need an account for you to purchase although having one will let you access your shipping details in the system. You will receive an email regarding the status of your shipment even without an account.
2. Once you’re ready to complete your transaction, please access your cart and press proceed to checkout.
3. Fill up the checkout form including your shipment and payment address, store credits and coupon codes if you have any.
4. Select a payment gateway, 7-Connect, Dragonpay, Paypal and Cash on Delivery
5. Order is complete. You may check your email for updates and news regarding your order.
NewEraCap.ph will accept the following forms of payment: via credit card, over the counter and store credit.
Credit card payments will be coursed through PayPal. Your card is pre-authorized at the time of making your order, with the payment being taken from your card once the order has been processed, upon sending the acknowledgment or confirmation email.
You may also pay via over the counter payments in SM Business Centers, M.Lhuillier, LBC, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, RCBC, EastWest bank, RobinsonsBank, Sterling Bank of Asia, Chinabank, PNB, Unionbank, UCPB, Maybank, Landbank and 7-Connect System in all 7-Eleven Branches nationwide. NewEraCap.ph also accepts cash on delivery on selected areas of the Philippines.
Your orders may likewise be deducted from your store credit, at your option.
Returns and Exchange
You may return items free of charge, provided that all terms and conditions under the Return and Exchange Policy are met.
Returns are accepted within 7 days from shipment date. Returnable items must not have been purchased under the “Sales” category, must be returned in their original packaging, including gift boxes including the hang tag and label, and items must be unworn, unused, unaltered and unwashed.
To return the item, you must fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RAM) form, which you may access by clicking the Return button in Order History. NewEraCap.ph will process your request within 12 business days. Once request is deemed valid, NewEraCap.ph will send a Return Confirmation e-mail. Securely pack your merchandise and return to courier on scheduled date of pick-up/delivery.
To return an item, you may send an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the title: “Return” inclusive of photos of the item in its original packaging.
Refunds for purchased item will depend on the form of payment used. For Credit and Debit payments, we will process reversal of payments in 15 business days. For Cash-on-delivery, you can choose from bank transfer, store credits or LBC remittance in 15 business days. For Store credit, it will be inserted in your NewEraCap.ph account in 5 business days.
When requesting an exchange, we cannot guarantee that the exchange item you wish to receive will be available at the time your request is processed. We highly recommend you simply return the item you wish to exchange, and place a new order for the replacement item on our website.
