New Era Philippines, the number 1 streetwear brand and headwear provider continues to innovate with its store exclusive, Embroidery Service - available only at New Era Boracay, and New Era Ayala Malls Manila Bay.

 

This service lives up to the brand value of collaboration, providing an opportunity for our customers to customize their own New Era Cap, with terms and conditions in consideration:

 

EMBROIDERY MACHINE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

- Customers must first fill out and sign an order slip.
- The customer must present the order slip to the cashier. The cashier will issue a receipt for the order slip.
- The customer must present an order slip and receipt at The Embroidery Service station.
- The New Era Staff must confirm all details from the customer before beginning the procedure.
- Strictly no signed order slip and receipt, no service.
- The Embroidery Service can only be used for New Era Caps.
- The Embroidery Service is strictly for brand new caps purchased from any of our New Era Retail stores and online store, www.neweracap.ph
- Customers are only given up to (14) days upon purchase to have their caps embroidered.
- Customers must present the receipt as proof of purchase and for date validation.
- The Embroidery Service is strictly for personalization and not for customization (company or logos) due to licensing restrictions.
- For customers, who would like to avail of the embroidery service with their company logos, they can reach out to New Era Cap Philippines’ Distribution Manager via email: rodgevillanueva@authenticcaps.com.ph - upon approval and minimum order quantity must be met.
- Only alphanumeric characters are allowed.
- Customers may choose their preferred font only from The Embroidery Service machine menu.
- Customers may choose their preferred thread color only from the store’s availability. Customers are not allowed to bring their own thread.
- Abusive behavior and strictly no profane language.
- Strictly no return, no exchange, nor refund once embroidered.
- If the item is damaged upon the embroidery, the person who did the embroidery will be responsible given that there was a fault or mistake on his/her side upon investigation. If in case, the customer insists on doing beyond what is allowable, there will be no compensation.
