RAFFLE PROMO MECHANICS:
1. Customers get (1) raffle coupon for every purchase of any (1) regular-priced New Era x NBA cap available on a single-receipt. Customer will fill out the coupon with their name, home address, email address, contact number, and affix signature.
2. Customers can drop their coupons in the drop boxes located at all New Era stores nationwide.
3. Promo period is from December 8, 2017 to January 30, 2018 from 10:00am until 9:00 pm. The raffle draw will be held at New Era Head Office; 170 F. Blumentritt corner San Luis streets, Brgy. Tibagan, San Juan City.
Draw Date will be on February 7, 2018 5:00 PM, New Era Head Office
Announcement of winners will be on February 8, 2018, 12:00 NN
4. New Era Cap Philippines/Authentic Caps Distribution, Inc. will draw a total of 5 winners. The draw will be witnessed by a DTI representative. Winners will be informed through registered mail and phone call on their contact/mobile phone number.
5. There will be a total of 5 prizes to be given away. The breakdown of the prizes is as follows:

(1) NBA Memorabilia: Kevin Durant singed poster 16” x 20” framed “vs. James”
(2) NBA Spec seat of choice
(2) PHP5,000 worth New Era Gift Certificate
6. Prizes are not transferable and not convertible to cash. For purposes of validation, winners are asked to bring the following when claiming their prizes: (a) Valid winning raffle coupon stub (b) Any 2 valid identification cards with name, picture, and signature and (c) registered email. If prize will be claimed by a representative, they will have to provide (a) valid winning raffle coupon stub, (b) signed authorization letter from the winner (c) valid id of the winner and the representative and (d) registered email
7. Redemption shall be within 60 days from receipt of notification. Prizes can be redeemed at New Era Head Office; 170 F. Blumentritt corner San Luis streets, Brgy. Tibagan, San Juan City. Winners from provincial addresses will be advised through their registered contact details about the particul ars of how to confirm their identification for delivery of their prizes. Shipping costs of prizes to provincial winners will be shouldered by New Era Cap Philippines .
8. Prizes not claimed after 60 days from receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of New Era Cap
Philippines/Authentic Caps Distribution, Inc. , with the prior approval of DTI.
9. Employees of New Era Cap Philippines/Authentic Caps Distribution, Inc. and advertising and promotional agencies, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqu alified from joining.
10. A person can only win once. If a person was drawn more than once, he/she gets the prize of higher value.
