1. Promo duration is from April 15 to June 10, 2022
2. Deadline of submission of entries is on June 10, 2022.
3. One (1) winner from the winning team will receive a signed NBA memorabilia (worth Php65k) and Php20,000 New Era Gift Certificates and one (1) winner from the runner-up team will receive a signed NBA memorabilia (worth Php25k) and Php10,000 New Era Gift Certificates
4. How to earn a raffle entry:
The customer is entitled one (1) raffle stub for every purchase of any New Era NBA item from any New Era physical and online store. Additionally, the customer is entitled to three (3) raffle stubs for every purchase of any New Era NBA item in the following authorized distribution partners:
Participating All Sports branches – Augustine Grove, Evia, North Molino, Sta. Rosa, Bataan, Taguig, Online store
Participating NBA Store Philippines branches – Online store
Participating Olympic Village branches – Alabang Town Center, Fisher Mall, Gateway Mall, Glorietta, Robinsons Places Manila, SM City North Edsa, Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall, Fairview Terraces, Online store
Participating Titan branches – Conrad hotel, One Boni, Molito, Vertis North, Megamall

The customer must fill up the raffle stub legibly with his/her full name, complete address, e-mail address, contact number, signature and the team they are rooting to win before putting their entry in the drop box. Drop boxes are available in all New Era physical stores and the authorized distribution partners mentioned above. Raffle stub with incomplete information will not be considered valid.
5. Raffle draw is scheduled on June 24, 2022 at 3:00pm to be supervised by a department of trade and industry (DTI) representative at the New Era head office at 170 F. Blumentritt st. cor. San Luis st. San Juan city.
6. The winners will be notified via registered mail, e-mail, social media announcement on Instagram and Facebook and phone call from New Era's authorized representative.
7. Winners will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of notification to confirm and claim. Failure to confirm and claim after 60 days will forfeit the winning stub in favor of New Era with approval from dti-fteb.
8. The winner must present the New Era's formal notification, raffle stub and their respective government-issued id(s) upon claiming. If the winner lost his/her raffle stub, he/she is required to submit to new era a duly notarized affidavit of loss.
9. New Era reserves the right to forfeit the prize if the winner fails to secure the requirements.
10. New Era employees and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in this promotion.
