New Era now offers same day delivery for Metro Manila orders, here's how:
Place your order at NewEraCap.ph
Once you have received an email order confirmation, contact our Customer Service from Mondays - Saturdays, 8AM -3PM, at neweracapphstore@gmail.com or at 0906-242-3520 to let us know that you want to avail the same-day delivery service.
The customer must send a request via Facebook, Email or Phone Call that he/she is requesting for a Same Day Delivery.
Customer service will then call/email you back if your order is ready for pickup. Cut off for same day delivery is Mondays - Saturdays, 3PM only.
Once order is ready, you may then book your preferred on-demand delivery service. For COD same day delivery service we recommend to book GrabExpress COD or LalaMove COD.
*Please note that you will shoulder the delivery fee of Grab or LalaMove. For COD payments; Grab /Lalamove will advance the payment for you. Do not forget to inform your Grab or Lala driver that they will be advancing the payment for you.
The Same Day Delivery is only available within Metro Manila. Orders from provincial areas is excluded.
New Era Cap Philippines has the right to suspend the Same Day Delivery on certain situations, such as typhoons, harsh weather conditions, and on certain holidays. This is to ensure the safety of the riders, and for them to deliver the item in its perfect condition.
