TERMS & CONDITIONS:
I. How To Join
The contest is open to all photographers of all levels. Contestants must be 18 years old and above, residing in the Philippines.
● Contestants should be following New Era Cap Philippines’ Facebook and Instagram account (@neweracapph).
● The subject of the photo must be a famous or an iconic landscape in the Philippines.
● The submitted photos must be original and have not been used in any other advertisement or merchandise print.
● Entries must be submitted in JPEG format, minimum of 3MB and maximum of 5MB in size. Photo enhancement is accepted.
● Photo can also be posted on both the photographer’s Facebook and Instagram account (account must be made public during the duration of the promo) and tag @neweracapph and use the hashtag #NewEraWay & #NewEraCaptured on the caption for added points aside from submitting to neweracaptured@gmail.com.
II. Submission
● Submission and posting period is from April 15, 2019 to June 14, 2019.
● Each contestant can submit multiple photo entries.
● All contestants must read the waiver (click link below)

● By submitting an entry, the contestant agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the contest, governing rights and procedures.
● All entries must be submitted to neweracaptured@gmail.com with the following details and documents:
○ SUBJECT: <NAME> #NEWERACAPTURED
○ Scanned copy of at least (1) valid ID with valid mobile number
○ JPEG design (Please write you name as the file name) of entry photo
● Incomplete entries shall be considered not valid.
III. Judging & Prizes
● Entries will be judged with the following criteria:
Originality 30%
Creativity 20%
Mastery of Technique 30%
Social Media Impact 20%
TOTAL: 100%
● New Era Philippines and the participating judges will be choosing four (4) winners. Top contestants with the highest scores win.
● The top (4) winners will each be awarded with Php10,000 Cash plus Php10,000 worth of Gift Certificates.
● The top (4) winning photos will be featured in an upcoming New Era Collection. Winners will be contacted as to when the winning designs will be launched in the stores.
● The top (4) winners will also receive two (2) complimentary sets of merchandise of their winning design from New Era.
● Authentic Caps Distribution Inc./New Era Philippines shall shoulder the 20% Tax for prizes exceeding Php 10,000.00. The gift certificates are transferable but not convertible to cash.
IV. Announcement of Winners and Claiming of Prizes
● Announcement of winners will be on June 24, 2019 through New Era Philippines’ Facebook Page and Instagram. Winners shall also be notified via electronic mail and SMS.
● Prizes not claimed within 60 days shall be forfeited. Redemption Center for GMA winners will be at 170 F. Blumentritt corner Gen San Luis St. Brgy. Tibagan, San Juan City. For Provincial Winners, redemption shall be arranged depending on the nearest New Era Store. Winners may claim their prizes upon presentation of a valid ID and the registered mail notice.
● Employees and their relatives up to second degree of affinity are disqualified from joining the contest.
